Art therapy opens a quiet, non-verbal space for healing—where feelings can take form through colour, texture, and movement. By engaging with the creative process, both therapist and client begin to understand, process and transform inner experiences.
In the gentle movement of art making, unspoken stories begin to emerge—softly, without pressure. What feels tangled within finds shape outside, where it can be held, witnessed, and understood.
Here, expression does not rely on words. Instead, the inner world unfolds through image and gesture, revealing what has been waiting to be known. In this space, creativity becomes a pathway—toward awareness, healing, and a deeper connection with oneself.

Thank you sincerely for offering the group Art therapy workshop to us. I felt privileged to be part of such a creative and authentic group and for being led and guided by yourself in such a skilful and sensitive manner.
I felt I was always busy on the day, but really wanted to be present. I felt power and ease in the pause, in the reflection, in the art space and with the group. While not gifted with a capacity to draw, I loved the gentle ease into each, the guided meditation, and the direction for the initial sessions given by yourself Rutika.
The art process led me to a deeper place within where I was able to connect with inner emotions and feelings and they often resonated with the surrounding nature and people with whom I felt close to. Colour spoke volumes to me and helped give expression to my emotions.
I drew great strength and richness from the group sharing. I felt empowered and nurtured by it. I think it helped me cross a threshold of feeling a bit isolated, or separated from being very much connected.
I felt it was very humanising and a great sense of empathy, respect and trust within the group. I just loved the sharings and felt my soul had expanded after each session. Your feedback to myself and to others was very insightful and helpful. Rutika, I felt you were very much in tune and you have such a beautiful presence.
During the months, I noticed patterns in myself, and some shifted. I became more aware, and more accepting of challenges I had and saw them as part of humanity and was able to integrate them as part of my human journey.
Also, I experienced a deepening of gratitude for all blessings in my life and especially for being given the opportunity to be part of such an inspiring group. Overall, it was a very meaningful experience that had a positive impact on my self-image, and helped build emotional resilience and connection to a group of authentic people.
I am deeply grateful to you Rutika, and wish you every blessing in your work as an art therapist.
~ A.M., Group Art Therapy Participant
Thank you so much for creating the safe space last evening.
It was a beautiful experience of doing Art Therapy collectively. Drawing inspiration, motivation and learning was part of the space.
I liked your approach - very helpful.
Personally, I felt free to be and share in the space. I sensed blocks and entanglements - kind of a stuck feeling and tight, heavy emotions.
After expressing the emotions in colours, I felt relieved and comfortable and at ease in the body and mind, filled with an inflow of fresh energy - of quiet space within silence and light.

The Somatic Healing practice helped me come out of fear, anxiety, and depression. Before joining, I was in denial and carried a lot of resistance—I wasn’t even aware that I was experiencing depression or holding trauma.
Through these practices, I was able to gently release what was stored within me. This journey also brought a deep sense of clarity and self-awareness. I am truly grateful to Rutika ma’am for this experience.
– K.S., 11-Day Somatic Healing Participant
I cannot express enough gratitude for how deeply the 21-day Somatic healing class with Rutika ma’am transformed my understanding of true healing. For years, I had been on medications, feeling lost about where to seek help and slowly losing hope that recovery was even possible.
My body had suffered from prolonged neglect and emotional suppression. Through somatic, everything that was held within began to gently surface—creating space for real healing to unfold.
Today, I am able to listen to my body with greater awareness and respect. I no longer underestimate its role in psychosomatic healing, and I feel more connected to myself than ever before.
